New Associations

John A. Beccia III recently joined Boston Private Wealth Management Group as senior vice president and assistant general counsel. He was previously with Investors Bank and Trust. Beccia co-chairs the Boston Bar Association’s Corporate Counsel Committee.

Jonathan L. Moll was recently appointed vice president and general counsel at Babson College in Wellesley, Mass. Moll is the first general counsel for the college. He was previously in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw

Margaret Minister O’Keefe recently was appointed general counsel and vice-president of licensing for Angela Adams, a lifestyle brand retailer based in Portland, Maine. She is the first general counsel for the company, which produces home furnishings, and also licenses its designs for placement on various products such as fabric, carpets and tiles. O’Keefe was previously a partner at Pierce Atwood in Portland, Maine, where she focused on intellectual property and business litigation.

Basilios E. (Bill) Tsingos has joined Boston-based Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation as vice president and general counsel. Tsingos was most recently of counsel at Posternak, Blankstein & Lund, where he headed the firm’s public company and SEC practice group. At Plymouth Rock Assurance, Tsingos will oversee the company’s 15-attorney legal department.
