New Associations

Michael A. Bergeron has been appointed supervising attorney at Pilgrim Advocates, Inc. in Brockton, Mass.

Amy W. Bizar has joined TERI, a non-profit organization in Boston, as vice president and general counsel.

Sheila C. Casey has been named the executive director of Neighborhood Legal Services, Inc., which has offices in Lynn, Mass. and Lawrence, Mass.

John Dellapa – formerly group general counsel at Fisher Scientific International, Inc. – recently joined Boston-based Mintz Levin as of counsel in the firm’s business and finance section. At Fisher Scientific, Dellapa counseled the company’s biosciences group on collaboration and development agreements, licenses, and procurement and supply agreements with life science industry partners.

Promotions

Joel Goldberg has been promoted to vice president, chief compliance officer and secretary at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Cambridge, Mass.

John Kingston III, general counsel of Affiliated Managers Group, Inc. in Prides Crossing, Mass., has been named an executive vice president of the company. Kingston oversees all legal and compliance matters for AMG, an asset management company.
