New Associations

Rich Allen, CEO of Dufresne-Henry, has been selected to oversee Canada-based engineering firm Stantec’s East Coast operations following the firm’s merger with Stantec. Allen resides in the firm’s Boston office and was previously with Gadsby Hannah in Boston.

Douglas A. Batt has joined PAREXEL International Corporation, a global bio/pharmaceutical services organization based in Waltham, Mass., as senior vice president and general counsel.

William S. Bonaccorso recently joined Boston-based United General Title Insurance Company (www.ugtic.com) as northern New England regional counsel.

Colin M. Korzec has been promoted to head of U.S. Trust New England’s estate settlement department.

Paul Lucchese is new general counsel at Candela Corporation in Wayland, Mass. Candela is a leading provider of laser treatments.

June M. Morris has been appointed senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for the board of directors at Picis, a high-acuity care automation and best practices software company in Wakefield, Mass.

James W. Peck has been named corporate vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Nypro Inc.

Linda E. Salmon has joined Valora Technologies in Waltham as the company’s director of operations.

Gregory D. Woodworth recently became deputy general counsel at Vermont-based National Life Group.

Amanda Zuretti has been named title counsel in the Wellesley office of CATIC, New England’s largest domestic title insurance underwriter. Previously, Zuretti served as a CATIC agency representative to law firms in Eastern Massachusetts.
