Kevin P. Lanouette recently joined Analog Devices, Inc. as an associate general counsel. He was most recently at Browne Rosedale & Lanouette in Boston.
Arn Lindekugel has become international counsel at Boston Scientific, the medical device company based in Natick, Mass.
Margaret K. (Marnie) Seif recently became general counsel, vice president and secretary at Norwood, Mass.-based Analog Devices, Inc., which specializes in semiconductors for signal processing. She most recently served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary at RSA Security, Inc. in Bedford, Mass.
Michael A. Vitali has been appointed supervising attorney at Pilgrim Advocates, Inc. in Brockton, Mass. Previously, he established Pavlos & Vitali, a private law practice in Brockton.
Audrey K. Wang has become real estate counsel at Harvard University. Wang was most recently at DLA Piper Rudnick in Boston.Greg Woodworth recently became deputy general counsel at National Life of Vermont based in Montpelier, Vt.

Caroline M. Gilroy-Brown has been named secretary/treasurer of the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association. Gilroy-Brown is the senior vice president and general counsel of AAA Southern New England.
